Description SUMMARY: Directs production, distribution, and marketing operations for branch plant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Coordinates activities of divisions or departments such as operating, manufacturing, engineering, planning, sales, maintenance, or research and development, to effect operational efficiency and economy. - Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area. - Develops plans for efficient use and Continuous Improvement of materials, machines, and employees. - Reviews production costs, product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the company. - Plans, develops and implements organization policies and goals. - Collaborates with other departments such as sales, scheduling and materials to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly, timely, efficiently and profitably. - Confers with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to dete...
