General Summary: Under the general supervision of the Director of Internal Audit, the Fiscal Monitor ensures compliance with laws regulations, contracts, internal policies, and procedures. This position monitors fiscal operations to ensure adherence with Federal and State laws, rules, regulations, and terms and conditions of all awards: revenue, expenses, reimbursement, various operating budgets.
