The opportunity: The part-time (3 days per week) People Operations Administrator provides efficient and accurate administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring all People & Culture (P&C) processes are delivered in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs). The role maintains data integrity across the people systems, supports onboarding, delivery of documentation and coordination of people related activities. Through a strong focus on responsiveness, accuracy and compliance the role enables a consistent employee experience and support the broader P&C team operate effectively.
