People Advisor | Private Hospital | Permanent | Spire Clare Park Hospital | Farnham Flexible working considered – 4 days per week Spire Clare Park Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Hospital Director and People Business Partner, you will provide high‑quality HR support and advice to managers and colleagues across the hospital. Spire Clare Park is a modern elective hospital in Farnham, rated Good by the CQC , delivering a wide range of surgical and diagnostic services including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT, supported by state‑of‑the‑art imaging facilities. The Role: As People Advisor, you will be the focal point for employee‑related activity across the full employee lifecycle.
