As part of our diverse and expert team you will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site service in the following areas: Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites Diagnose and resolve product performance problems Perform maintenance and repairs: Ensure customer happiness by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance Leverage shown experience to provided limited application support Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers business Deliver fully coordinated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems an...
