This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fitness, loves the water, and creates an uplifting environment! - Flexible schedule - Training & development - Wellness resources Qualifications: Preferred (but not required — we will train great people!) - Lead safe, upbeat aqua aerobics classes - Teach a mix of cardio, strength, and mobility exercises - Demonstrate proper form and provide modifications for all levels - Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging class environment - Monitor pool safety and enforce facility guidelines - Assist with setup, cleanup, and class communication when needed - Must be comfortable in the water or teaching on pool deck - Energetic and enthusiastic personality - Strong communication & people skills - Ability to lead groups and encourage participants - Willingness to learn and complete training - Experience teaching fitness or coaching groups - Aqua Fitness or Group Fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, etc.) Schedule: - Weekdays and possible evenings and weekends - Flexible Schedule - Additional hours ava...
