Position Summary: Kingfisher Heliskiing seeks a Heli-Ski Operations Manager to lead our guide team and ski program. This role requires a certified Ski or Mountain guide with exceptional leadership, teamwork, and risk management skills. The ideal candidate is an IFMGA Mountain Guide with experience in diverse geographic regions, at least 10 years in the heli-ski industry, and 5 or more years as a Lead Guide or Supervisor. The position requires Revelstoke residency from mid-October through mid-April, with remote work possible for the remainder of the year.
