Finance Accounting and Reporting Specialist (ZNA FAR Team) Place of work: Cracow: Job purpose: In this role, you will perform key Financial Accounting and Reporting activities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, regulatory, and statutory requirements. You will prepare financial statements and support other general ledger closing activities. This position offers the opportunity to participate in local, regional, and global projects. We are seeking a proactive, flexible individual with a “can do” attitude. As a dedicated Specialist, you will serve as a support to your manager and advisor to your colleagues and clients. Responsibilities: Prepare and take ownership of assigned balance sheet account reconciliations. Calculate and perform general ledger bookings (such as accruals, provisions, and pre-payments). Provide Group and external reporting (balance sheet, P&L, supplementary financial statement information) in accordance with IFRS and, where required, other GAAP standards (e.g., US GAAP, Swiss GAAP).
