This Enablement Lead, Global Service Delivery role exists to make our Global Service Delivery (GSD) model work in reality – across sites, lines of business and countries. You’ll sit in Operations Steering and Transformation, reporting to the Head of Global Service Delivery, and act as the glue between our strategy, our GSD locations, and the business units that send work to them.
