Overview The Director/Sr. Director of Communications & Project Management leads franchisee, internal, and external communications across all WellBiz brands, ensuring consistent, transparent, and timely messaging to franchisees, employees, industry partners, and consumers. Own franchisee communications strategy and execution, oversee crisis and PR management (including media relations, legallyapproved reactive statements, and reputation protection),drive crossfunctional coordination, and provide project management oversight for the Marketing organization. WellBiz Brands Benefits: Compensation Range: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience. Salary ranges reflect Colorado disclosure requirements.
