Sales Assistant Location: Poland: The Sales Assistant is responsible for back office work and coordinates various business requests for regional markets. The Sales Assistant works cross functionally and closely supports the Regional Sales Manager. The Sales Assistant is part of the sales department and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. As a Sales Assistant, you will: Closely support Sales Order and Tender Offer preparation by identifying customer requirements and securing solutions, for example, product technical specifications, pricing. Responsibilities: · Collect market information via various sources and channels and identify possible clients and market opportunities; · Work closely with the product line/sales manager about customer’s requirements, product specifications and developments; · Promote BYD’s EV products to target clients with unique selling points using necessary selling tools/equipment (including preparing and bidding for tenders); · Issue monthly reports to the sales manager about the progress of sales/projects/orders and problems with proposed solutions; · Quarterly review sales targets’ realization with the Sales Manager and adjust sales targets when deemed...
