About the role As (Sr.) Reliability Manager (m/f/d), you will work within the GaN R&D team, playing a critical role ensuring the reliability and durability of our GaN products by conducting testing, analysing failures, optimising designs, and processes, and providing valuable insights to enhance the overall performance of our technology. In this critical leadership position, you will take ownership for all reliability aspects of the GaN devices, and be accountable for achieving R&D goals in line with technology roadmaps.
