Our Newstate practice is an international financial advisory firm with offices in London, is seeking to expand its activities and wishes to recruit a Senior Director. The Role: The Senior Director will be expected to support the Partners work with sovereign clients, public sector institutions and sovereign creditors. This will include advice on sovereign debt management, debt restructuring, capital markets access and creditor engagement. Responsibilities: The role will involve providing quantitative and analytical support across both sovereign-side and creditor-side mandates, including debt sustainability analysis, debt portfolio analysis, cash flow modelling, financing strategy, liability management options, recovery analysis and the assessment of potential restructuring scenarios.
