Trains inmates in all kitchen policies and procedures. Maintains a high standard of food safety, sanitation and quality in a cost-efficient manner. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend policies and procedures, and to monitor and supervise the work of others effectively. Must possess knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and cost-efficient practices. Demonstrated ability to train and direct inmates in kitchen operations while maintaining compliance with established guidelines. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
