Bradley’s Bar Manager – Mill Farm Sports Village Salary: £33,000 per annum: Location: Mill Farm Sports Village, Wesham (near Preston) Contract: Full-time, on-site Lead our flagship sports bar on and off matchdays Are you a hands-on bar leader who loves the buzz of live sport and a busy venue? As Bradley’s Bar Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our high-volume sports bar operation – from leading the team in service to managing liquor across the stadium and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to come back. This is a front-line role at the heart of the matchday and event experience, with real responsibility and room to make your mark. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be responsible for day-to-day bar operations across: Bradley’s Sports Bar: Running a lively, fast-paced bar, ensuring great atmosphere, slick service and consistent standards on both matchdays and non-matchdays. Liquor management: Overseeing liquor stock takes, controls and ordering for Bradley’s Bar, the liquor store and outlets across the stadium and concession boxes.
