Position Summary: Position requires overseeing and covering front desk reception duties, including walk-ins, phone calls, e-mails and other forms of communication for the department. Position also involves training and oversight of student assistants providing relief coverage at the front office, as well as working in coordination with Access Coordinators, the ASL/CART Coordinator, and Director regarding scheduling and communication needs.
