Job Description Summary The North Europe Finance Manager is the strategic partner to business operations responsible for driving growth, profitability, and cash across the North Europe heavy duty gas turbines services portfolio. This role will partner closely with the North Europe GM and leverage country-level expertise to assist the commercial and operations teams in planning and driving both commercial and operational actions. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Partner with North Europe General Manager, Service Directors and Commercial teams to provide inputs for decision making to optimize financial performance both short term and long term - Provide country or contract specific knowledge to the commercial finance team & customers to evaluate deal economics, risk profiles, and progress deals towards commercial closure - Seek to optimize financials (Orders, P&L, Cash) and identify potential commercial & operational risks and opportunities within the portfolio and engage with Business Partners to escalate as required - Leverage business analytics (e.g. as sold vs executed, annual margin review learnings, etc.) to drive the continuous improvement of business performance...
