Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in driving the firm’s commercial priorities and go-to-market initiatives. This individual will play a critical leadership role in helping scale and operationalize the firm’s commercial function by driving cross-functional initiatives, managing executive operating cadence, and enhancing visibility into key revenue and pipeline metrics. This role can be based in New York, Boston, or San Francisco . The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, executive presence, and analytical capabilities. This role is best suited for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth professional services environments and is comfortable influencing across senior stakeholders and multiple business functions.
