About the Opportunity: As an HR Generalist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and offboarding coordination in our Aurora, Ohio office. You will also partner with the broader Human Resources team to support core HR operations, enhance organizational effectiveness, and contribute to forward‑looking HR initiatives. Responsibilities: Onboarding/Offboarding: - Draft and prepare offer letters for entry level and co-op candidates - Facilitate onboarding for entry level and co-op employees - Conduct New Hire Orientation - Coordinate regional offboarding process Employee Relations: - Conduct employee relation investigations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Partner with management to assist with performance coaching - Responds daily to employee inquires in our HR Help Desk Compliance: - Provide safety statist...
