Using our company-supplied vehicle, you will travel to the customer’s residence to perform repair work and preventative maintenance on the customer’s whole home standby generator. You will regularly use verbal communication and customer service skills to communicate directly with our customers. You will use mechanical and electrical knowledge of generators or small engines to troubleshoot and repair whole home standby generators for our customers.
