Program Manager, Category Management

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders in a matrix organization. - 5 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing indirect spend categories. - Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing supplier relationships. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree with a supply chain or technical emphasis. - Experience building and implementing new category management processes and frameworks from the ground up. - Experience in developing multi-year category strategies, including supplier segmentation, market analysis, "should-cost" modeling, and supplier performance management.
