- Location: North Bay, ON, Canada - Compensation: $22,000 + Apartment + Monthly Bonus - Job Type: Full-Time - Schedule: Rotating Schedule, Weekends + On-Call Availability required Job Overview: The Resident Manager is responsible for daily operations of assigned apartment buildings, including leasing, administrative tasks, light maintenance, cleaning and providing great customer service to tenants.
