Work Flexibility: Onsite Team Lead, Manufacturing - Springhill: Weekend Shifts (shift allowance applies): Option 1 (Days): Saturday, Sunday & Monday – 6:30am to 6:30pm Option 2 (Nights): Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 6:30pm to 6:30am Production People Leader responsible for a team. Accountable for delivery of production team results. Supervision involves recruitment, performance management, development and engagement of the team .This position is a first line supervisor or manager with primary responsibility for providing guidance, such as delegating work assignments to direct employees. The role has little requirement for providing leadership or guidance to others in the workplace, but may work as a team leader in allocating and checking the work of other members of the team. Key Areas of Responsibility: Leads a production team to ensure targets/KPIs for quality/service/costs/people development are achieved. Ensures quality standards and expectations are communicated and deployed.
