Rehab Tech (CNA/PTA Required) Full-Time | Bellevue, NE Innovate Rehab & Wellness is looking for a Rehab Tech (CNA or PTA required) to join our therapy team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue! If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys supporting patients on their journey to recovery, this role puts you right at the heart of it. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps therapy running smoothly—and the friendly face that helps patients feel ready and confident for each session. What You’ll Do: A day in this role is a mix of coordination, patient support, and teamwork: - Prepare equipment for new admissions (wheelchairs, walkers, and more) - Transport patients to and from therapy sessions and assist with scheduling coordination - Help patients get ready for therapy (toileting, dressing, donning shoes, etc.) - Support therapists during treatments and restorative programs - Maintain and organize therapy equipment and supplies - Complete documentation and file rehab paperwork accurately What You’ll Need: Why Join Innovate Rehab & Wellness? - Active CNA or PTA license in the state of Nebraska - Experience working with older adults in post-...
