Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Customer & Supply Chain Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting both customer service and supply chain operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role involves accurately entering and managing customer orders, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. In addition, the coordinator assists the supply chain team with key functions such as production planning, logistics coordination, and procurement support. The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
