Job Summary Supports evaluation, modeling and execution of strategic transactions for the company, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, fund investments and joint ventures. Performs external strategic and financial peer analysis and benchmarking. Supports Large Financial Institution ("LFI") initiatives, including resolution planning, and analyzes business case development for new initiatives and strategic objectives.
