As a Room Attendant at Courtyard, you’ll be the reason every guest feels at home by creating spotless, welcoming spaces with care and consistency. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Follow proper bed-making standards, including stripping or turning down beds as appropriate for check-outs and stay-overs. - Empty trash, wipe all surfaces, clean refrigerators, and restock room amenities to ensure guest comfort. - Reset room furniture and ensure correct placement of items such as hangers, curtains, pillows, nightstand supplies, TV accessories, and thermostats. - Clean and sanitize guest room bathrooms according to hotel cleanliness standards, using approved chemicals and protective equipment. - Report any maintenance concerns or damages to the supervisor promptly. - Turn in all lost and found items with proper documentation and ensure valuable items are given directly to a supervisor for safekeeping. - Work efficiently and independently while maintaining the hotel’s cleanline...
