Job Summary Job Description: Job Summary: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst drives Medline’s enterprise BI strategy with minimal supervision, leading the architecture, development, and governance of scalable reporting and advanced analytics solutions. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role partners closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to define and standardize KPIs, streamline reporting frameworks, and promote enterprise adoption of modern BI and data platforms, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau. The Senior Analyst establishes and enforces best practices across data modeling, semantic layer design, visualization standards, and performance optimization. Leveraging capabilities within Fabric—such as integrated data engineering, lakehouse architecture, and unified analytics—and Power BI for enterprise reporting and self-service enablement, this role ensures high-performing, secure, and governed solutions.
