Job Description The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the organization. This position provides timely, accurate, and insightful financial information to support operational and strategic decision making. The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a trusted business partner—analyzing financial and operational drivers, identifying trends and risks, and recommending opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency, and resource utilization. The role also supports continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and systems. We are looking for: Two full-time permanent Senior Financial Analysts Hours of Work: 34 hours/week. Mon – Thurs: 8:00AM-4:00PM, Fri: 8:00AM – 3:00PM. This is a hybrid work from home role. Reports to: Director, Finance Compensation: Hiring Salary Range: The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience.
