Job Description: Saab, Inc. has an opportunity for a dynamic, results-oriented Lead Supplier Program Manager (SPM) to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of critical supplier relationships and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of materials that are essential to program execution. Responsibilities include: Lead strategic management of key suppliers and oversight of material deliveries. Coordinate and facilitate weekly teleconferences to review purchase order status, material schedules, and delivery commitments. Track, maintain, and report supplier performance metrics, including on-time delivery and supplier risk indicators. Develop, maintain, and update material forecasts to support accurate revenue recognition and program planning. Provide weekly updates to Supply Chain leadership on program performance, milestones, key actions, and risks. Lead and/or support cost and labor input development for proposal efforts.
