Maintenance Engineer

Job Description: Ryan Companies is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to execute preventive maintenance, demand and general repairs, and adjustments to building systems, equipment, and fixtures as required. This role serves a downtown Minneapolis, MN class A office tower, adjoining retail mall, and parking ramp, ensuring satisfaction for both tenants and the building owner. Participation in an on-call rotation is a requirement of this position. What you will do: This is a first shift position, with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Perform preventive maintenance duties on building equipment and systems as scheduled Manage and/or assist subcontractors with preventive maintenance, repairs and projects occurring on building systems, equipment, or property Respond to, evaluate, and complete tenant service work orders in a timely and professional manner Work with the property manager and chief engineer to ensure proper services are provided to the building(s), and to assist with project planning and tenant improvement coordination Maintain mechanical rooms, utility rooms and vacant areas in a neat and clean condition daily.
