Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Group Accounting Policy & Advisory Lead to join our team in Amsterdam. The Group Accounting Policy & Advisory Lead is responsible for coordinating the Group’s quarterly financial reporting cycle, including the half-year and annual reporting processes. This role also oversees the reporting and filing obligations of Flow Traders Ltd subsidiaries and serves as a subject matter expert in interpreting and applying complex accounting standards. The objective is to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver accurate, high-quality financial reporting. This position reports to the Head of Group Reporting & FP&A and works closely with Finance and Business teams across EMEA, APAC, and the United States. In addition, the role manages relationships with external auditors.
