About this role: The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is a 3-year, early career rotational program designed to expose associates to Carrier’s segments and finance functions at a New York Stock Exchange traded company with market-leading products and services utilized by customers worldwide. The FLP builds upon formal education while providing an excellent opportunity to create a strong network and join a culture that values ethics, the environment, and financial performance.
