Job Description: As Employment Relations Business Partner , you’ll play a critical role supporting the business to manage people risk and maintain a culture that is fair, commercially balanced and values driven. Reporting to the Manager – People & Culture Business Partnering , you’ll own ER matters end‑to‑end and work closely with an HR Business Partner, leaders and MedHealth. You’ll also support safety and workers compensation processes across atWork Australia, including being the first responder to safety incidents.
