We are looking for a highly organised, resilient, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a varied and fast-moving role that supports both customers and Sales Consultants through a combination of phone support, administration, order management, and problem solving. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and working in a high-volume environment. This is not a traditional call centre role — it’s a hands-on position with high level of administration where initiative, communication, and the ability to think on your feet are highly valued. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, based at our Head Office in Yandina.
