Firebird AST is seeking a Junior Operations Research Analyst with strategic communications and change management experience to support the Homeland Security Investigations’ (HSI) Financial Crimes Unit (FCU) in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid role and some travel will be required. RESPONSIBILITIES: communicate outcomes and findings on work performed under this contract and how that work furthers key program milestones and connections to HSI via FCU. - Possess knowledge of writing program SOP’s cataloging historical knowledge and maintaining continuity when onboarding new contract key personnel. Documentation shall include, but not be exclusive to, the development of briefings, talking points, and outreach materials. - Communicate information about HSI and its Federal Law Enforcement systems through graphic design support. - Support communications with HSI leadership with briefings and reports to - Facilitate internal communications with all HSI internal and external stakeholders. - Possess knowledge of drafting HSI leadership announcements to include whitepapers and PowerPoint presentations about key program releases, enhancements, and technical updates that will be distributed to...
