Finance Integration Manager

Job description

DP World is seeking a Finance Integration Manager for a 12-month contract role to lead and support the integration of Silk’s finance activities into DP World’s broader finance transformation and integration program. Working closely with stakeholders across both organisations, the successful candidate will drive the alignment of financial operations, systems, processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing compliance with group standards and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Support the integration of Silk’s finance activities into the parent entity’s broader finance transformation program - Help align financial reporting, processes, and the Chart of Accounts with group standards - Assist with balance sheet and cash flow deconsolidation activities - Support legal entity simplification and rationalisation projects - Align weekly and monthly reporting processes and maintain consolidated reporting - Lead ERP integration activities, including data migration, testing, and system implementation - Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to deliver successful integration outcomes - Identify and escalate risks, issues, and pro...
