Job Description: - Supports both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers by coordinating the following events in a sublet service repair site: - Unscheduled work - Scheduled issues - Preventative maintenance (overflow from inhouse repairs) - Parts sourcing through in-house repair sites if necessary - Outsource / Sublet Repairs - Source and maintain qualified sublet repair sites/ vendors - Direct all third-party maintenance repairs - Maintaining constant communication and gathering updates/ completion times. Entering data into the maintenance EMM system - Scrutinizing and authorizing quoted repairs - Profiling and uploading data into the Maintenance software for records - Cost analysis of maintenance/repairs on particular vehicles to determine feasibility (is it worth spending the money on?) - Reviewing and approv...
