Title: Document Control Analyst Duration :12 Months Location: Houston TX, 77079 ENBJP00028566: Pay Rate : $20/hr High Level Description: Provide Technical Drawing Management tracking, coordination, storage, archiving for UST Assets for all Project types, O&M, Capital, MOCs in an Electronic Document Management System (Meridian). Required: - Related Technology Diploma or a combination of related certification and minimum 0-3 years of related experience - Basic system knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus - Meridian or compatible drawing management systems and oil & gas experience is a plus - Ability to manage time, tasks and resources effectively in a deadline-oriented, customer service environment and be able to work in a team environment as well as independently. - Ability to resolve technical and analytical problems with minimal supervision. - Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player with a strong work ethic and initiative Required: - Coordinate, receive, issue, track, distribute and archive all technical drawing requests, files and issue packages utilizing the Electronic Document...
