Requirements: - 4-6 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in a corporate environment. Mainly focusing on marketing and sales but will support other areas of the business as needed - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related - CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience, preferably in Food and Beverage - Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing and assessments Job Description: The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent.
