Job Summary: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Sbarro supports the General Manager in leading all aspects of restaurant operations in our Fultonville, NY location. This includes team leadership, customer service, food quality, cost control, and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and profitably. The AGM is a hands-on leader who models Sbarro's values while maintaining a positive, high-performance work environment.
