Job Description Summary As the Manufacturing Strategy Manager, you will be an individual contributor within the Manufacturing Strategy function, reporting to the Manufacturing strategy Leader. The role supports the development and execution of global manufacturing and capacity strategies that enable long‑term business growth, resilience, and security of supply. The Manufacturing Strategy Manager collaborates with manufacturing sites, engineering, and integrated supply chain stakeholders to support the translation of enterprise‑level strategy into initiatives, business cases, and roadmaps. The role leverages analytical capability and manufacturing operations expertise, operating through collaboration and influence within a complex, global organization.
