You will: Embed directly into our high-growth client engagements and own the talent intelligence and pipeline strategy for critical AI roles. You will operate as a market expert and sourcing specialist, working from first principles to design search strategies, map competitive landscapes, and deliver a constant flow of high-calibre candidates into our clients' hiring funnels.
