A Resource is responsible for working with all the staff members as per the responsibilities assigned by the management. Qualifications: A Floater Staff must meet the qualifications of: -The ability to safely walk children from room to room or playground or an outdoor area. -Willing to clean and sanitize surfaces and learning materials regularly and as needed basis -Ability to use ipads for assisting teachers with daily reports - The ability to understand and support the education program using “learning through play” philosophy. - The ability to interact closely with children at their level, within sight and sound supervision at all times. - The ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist in toileting (where necessary); - The ability to communicate effectively and professionally...
