Assistant Property Manager – Mesa, AZ Company: Hometrend Property Management & Real Estate, Inc. Location: 1819 E. Southern Ave, Suite A10, Mesa, AZ 85204 (In-Person) Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 DOE + Performance Bonus We're hiring an Assistant Property Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our day-to-day business. This is an in-person, full-time role based out of our private office in Mesa, and it's ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a structured environment where accuracy and follow-through are everything. You'll work directly alongside our owner— a seasoned entrepreneur with 25+ years in real estate — managing the full lifecycle of our rental portfolio: from applications and leasing to maintenance coordination, client assistance, and administrative scheduling. This is not a back-office support role. You'll have real ownership, real visibility, and a direct seat at the table. We are a small office environment.
