Job Description: - Provides orientation and enrollment support for all new members of the Jobs-Plus program - Reviews and completes all forms required for successful enrollment into the program - Follows up on all no shows and reschedules their appointments Conducts group orientations: Guides members to available online options services and automated tools, learning tools and enrolls members in Learning Metrix Teaches basic Microsoft Software courses, Pre-GED courses through Google Classroom - Trains members on various literacy topics of interest - Administers quarterly TABE test examinations to individuals to demonstrate progression - Contacts potential members provided by outreach staff - Performs Job Readiness training components on a weekly basis Job Readiness Training components on a weekly basis - Other duties as assigned Qualifications:...
