Description: JOB SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse Medical Day Care/Patient Educator has the primary responsibility for the coordination, provision and evaluation of nursing care within the identified criteria for the Medical Day Care Program. He/she will work closely with the Regional Oncologist, Physicians and Nurse Manager in the preparation, maintenance and implementation of nursing standards, protocols, procedures and policies for the Medical Day Care Program.
