This role works closely with plant leadership to address day‑to‑day HR needs and support operational effectiveness. Salary Range: $69,120 to $95,040 (inclusive of bonus opportunities) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May include, but are not limited to, the following: - Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs - Coordinates the full recruitment lifecycle for all hourly positions, from requisition through hire and onboarding.
