General Manager Reports To : VP Operations: Job Summary: The general manager is responsible for oversight of day to day store operations, including improving profitability, supervising District managers, Store managers, recruiting employees and ensuring each location is following operating procedures. The general manager is responsible for the profitability of assigned stores and all controllable expenses. List of Responsibilities: Education / Experience : High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) recommended. - Hire Store Managers, positive individuals, to become members of the Quicklee Team, ensuring excellent customer service. - Set Store goal hours with District Managers and Store Mangers based on sales reports and hours of operation. - Assist Store Managers with hiring employees and employee performance reviews. - Assist store managers with a variety of items including technical issues, daily paperwork, and staffing issues. - Train, motivate, encourage, and challenge district managers and store managers. - Ensure customer complaints that cannot be resolved by a store manager in a timely and professional manner. - Implement and enforce established daily operating...
