Do you want to work close to real customer delivery and help make business-critical network services work in practice? As Senior Implementation Engineer at GlobalConnect, you will be part of the team that prepares and implements the logical network setup behind our customer services. Your work will help ensure that B2B customers receive reliable services on time, with clean handovers and successful activations. What you need to succeed: About the role and the team You will join our local Implementation team in Copenhagen, currently consisting of approximately 13 colleagues. The team works with the logical part of customer network delivery before field installation and service activation. The team receives cases from Delivery Specialists and prepares them so the next part of the delivery chain can move forward without missing information. You will work closely with Design, field technicians, contractors, internal technicians, and customers. This is a senior role.
